You get 30 days from the date you receive the item for a full refund. This means if you would like to exchange, please re-order the item you would like and send the other item back to us for a refund. We cannot offer a refund if we receive the item outside of the time period for any reason. We have to treat every customer fairly; this means every customer receives exactly the same service every time, without exception.
We can not refund postage. Nor can we refund any fees that PayPal may take, if this was your method of payment. Feel free to talk to us first though.
Please be sure to return your items in the same condition as you received them, if they come back looking worn (e.g. screwed up in a ball, sick down the collar, rips, etc) we will assume they have been worn and won't be able to process a refund or credit note.
It can take 5 to 10 days working days for your refund to reach you. We have no control over this unfortunately; we will work as fast as we can.

International Customers have 30 days from date of shipping to return for a full item refund. We cannot be responsible for return postage costs, sorry. We also cannot be responsible for the loss or damage of any returned parcels, so please keep your tracking number. Please put your name and order number inside the parcel, we absolutely cannot refund without this.
